  1. Set up notification alerts for your profile.
  2. Ensure that you are not the sole Trading Partner Admin for your profile. If you are the sole admin for a profile, delegate an additional user as a Trading Partner Admin, and send the link to this support page to that user.
  3. View your failed messaged in the Connect application.
  4. Issue decisions on pending requests found in the request queue inside Connect.
  5. Set up new trading partner relationships when needed.

How do I...?

Answers to your common questions, such as, "How do I view transaction details of an ASN"?
  1. Log in to Connect.
  2. Click Recent Transactions tab. (or search for the message).
  3. Click on the Message ID number of the message for which you wish to view additional details.

   

Did you know?

Many errors occur because the only Trading Partner (TP) Admin of a profile leaves his/her position before updating the profile with associated changes, such as designating a new TP Admin? Solution: Always assign at least two people the role of Trading Partner Admin.

Some Trading Partner Administrators change billing information for their own Trading Partner Profile, but continue to receive bills at the wrong location? Solution: Change the billing account information for both your TP Profile and your Channel. These are separate functions, and are billed separately.
