OpenText™ Active Access (formerly OpenText™ Supplier Portal), the reimagined supplier collaboration experience, is now available.

A key component of the launch is OpenText™ Identity and Access Management (IAM). Featuring a modern web interface, you and your partners will experience simpler administration of secure access and lifecycle management for all of your users, groups, organizations, and applications to enterprise information.

Some of the exciting new features include:

Redesigned admin tools to facilitate user and location onboarding and help build out your network quickly.
A personalized dashboard of identity statistics and quick links to common admin tasks.
Self-service access for password management, walk-up registration for users and organizations, and user help resources.

Active Access also integrates with OpenText™ Magellan™ BI & Reporting for full featured report and dashboard creation capabilities, and OpenText™ Core Share for simple and secure collaboration in the cloud.

Along with the next-generation functionality of Active Access, we are also excited to offer improved disaster recovery capabilities and the highly flexible cloud platform of AWS to you and your supplier communities.

OpenText has prepared self-help resources to help you navigate the new experience.

Saving the edited version in inline mode shall display a confirmation message
Each time the displayed content edited when saved in inline mode a new version will be created.
Saving in inline mode is equivalent to being published in full featured mode thereby displaying the changes immediately.
