On February 20, 2026, OpenText is changing its password policy for Automotive Supplier Portal.
Key changes
- Minimum password length will increase from 8 to 15 characters.
- Passwords must include at least three of the following:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Symbols
- Passwords will expire every 90 days.
Impact
Users with passwords that do not meet the new requirements will be prompted to update their password the first time they log in after February 20, 2026.
Preparing for the change
Users may proactively update their password before February 20, 2026, by following the steps below.
- Sign in to Supplier Portal.
- From the Profile menu, click the Password tab.
- Enter your current password and create a new password that meets the updated requirements.
- Click Save.
Verify your account information
While updating your password, please take a moment to:
- Confirm your email address and phone number on the Account Info tab in the Profile menu
- Review your security question and answer on the Security tab—this is required to use the self‑service password reset feature.
