how will i know when a new message arrives in my inbox?
You are able to receive an alert in your email when a new message arrives in your MC Inbox.  Learn how to set alerts >>>

When looking at the MC Portlet, unread messages are identified with a sealed envelope icon, indicating that you have not yet opened this new bulletin.
Why can't I type in an email address directly into the To field?
You must use the Search and Select function, because you are only able to send secured messages to other registered portal users.
How can I see who has viewed my message?
