Welcome to ProviderLink Web-Based Training (WBT). The Web-Based Training is primarily for users new to ProviderLink to learn the most common features that relate to their field of healthcare by viewing a series of training videos.

To get the most out of the Web-Based Training program, you should follow some basic guidelines:

1. Treat web-based training the same as a classroom training event.
   - Dedicate time to view the training just as you would schedule time to go to a class.
   - Minimize distractions and interruptions such as phone calls and email during this time.
2. On the bottom left of the movie window are the movie controls. Use the "Pause" or "Backward" buttons to replay sections
   when necessary.

 

The videos demonstrate step-by-step how to use ProviderLink in your everyday work flow and are five to ten minutes in length. The  Adobe Flash  player is required to view the videos and usually comes pre-installed in most web browsers.

To view a video, click on a topic (e.g., Logging into ProviderLink) in the schedule below. A new browser window will open and automatically begin playing the video. Schedule 30 - 45 minute blocks of time on three consecutive days then start viewing the videos in order listed below.
